Information stored by the app

The app stores your chosen cat, its name, care progress, preferences, credit balance and purchase-delivery records on your device. The current app does not require a personal account.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes purchases through its store. MY REAL CAT uses purchase information to verify transactions and deliver credits. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The store’s own privacy terms also apply.

Support

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and investigate your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Advertising and tracking

The current app does not include advertising or third-party advertising trackers. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Website hosting

Our website hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Storage and deletion

App progress is stored locally. Device backup settings may affect whether that information is backed up. Deleting the app may remove locally stored information. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Children

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child has provided.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
